Ich habe mich mal aus einer Laune heraus entschlossen mit dem Schießsport anzufangen und was soll ich sagen, es ist für mich als überwiegender Schreibtischtäter eine wahre Erholung. Man kann richtig abschalten und ob man es glaubt oder nicht die Konzentration trainiert man durch den Schießsport richtig gut. Man betreibt hier einen Sport, der einen einerseits anstrengt und andererseits fordert und fördert.
